307 Media LLC | Based in Evanston, Wyoming

307 Media LLC is seeking a motivated, community-minded leader to oversee our southwestern Wyoming publications: the Uinta County Herald, Bridger Valley Pioneer and Kemmerer Gazette.

This General Manager role is a good fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading a team and growing a local business. The position will be based in Evanston and will focus heavily on advertising sales and revenue growth across the region.

What you’ll do

• Lead day-to-day operations for the three publications.

• Develop new advertising business and maintain strong relationships with current advertisers.

• Set sales goals, manage the sales pipeline and help the team meet revenue targets.

• Coach and support advertising staff, including helping with sales planning and customer outreach.

• Monitor revenue, expenses and publication performance.

• Work with editorial and production staff to support strong local newspapers and digital products.

• Represent the publications in the communities we serve and build relationships with local organizations and businesses.

• Travel as needed among Evanston, Bridger Valley and Kemmerer.

What we’re looking for

• A strong communicator who is comfortable building relationships and making sales calls.

• Leadership experience, ideally in media, advertising, sales or a community-focused business.

• The ability to set priorities, organize daily work and keep a team accountable.

• A practical, customer-focused approach to solving problems.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region.

Experience in newspaper or media sales is helpful, but we’re open to candidates with strong sales and leadership experience in other fields.
