Description:

Photo Editor
LNP Media Group | In-Person in Lancaster, PA

Are you a Photo Editor who loves to go beyond the everyday logistics of managing assignments, staffers and freelancers to build what might be next for a newsroom? Are you as jazzed about finding a digital audience for great photojournalism as much as landing the perfect image for print? And do you have what it takes to lead others in creating both while championing our best photos for digital use and print? If so, we have a great opportunity at LNP | LancasterOnline to talk about with you.

The Team Leader also will coach reporters and editors in taking their own great photographs for publication. The editor will also encourage our readers to submit their photos for publication, be a key voice in our conversations about photo archiving, and occasionally shoot photo assignments themselves.

The role is based in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and it is not remote. And the salary range? $63,000 to $68,000.
