Responsibilities

—Capture high-quality photos and videos relevant to stories, utilizing broadcast journalism techniques and news broadcast videography skills.

—Write clear, concise articles and scripts that tell compelling stories through journalistic writing, content writing, and copywriting.

—Collaborate with editors and team members to refine content through proofreading, copy editing, and content editing processes.

—Manage multiple deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality in storytelling and visual presentation.

Experience

—Proven experience in broadcast journalism or digital journalism with a strong portfolio of published work.

—Demonstrated proficiency in journalism tools such as AP style, research techniques, and fact-checking processes.

—Skilled in video production including videography, video editing, and content creation for television or online platforms.

—Experience managing social media platforms for news dissemination and audience engagement.

—Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling articles and scripts under tight deadlines.

—Familiarity with photography, storytelling techniques, broadcast editing, and social media management is highly desirable.
