The Franklin Press, located in Franklin, North Carolina, has an immediate opening for a sports editor. If you love sports, can work independently, and love the outdoors, this may be the perfect next step for you. Franklin is located in beautiful Western North Carolina. The Franklin Panthers will return to a new state-of-the art "Pit" this fall as Franklin High School is in the midst of a $150 million new construction project. Successful candidate will have a degree in journalism, a strong grasp of AP style, and a in-depth knowledge of high school sports.
