Description:

The Daily Corinthian, a daily newspaper based in Corinth, Mississippi, is seeking applications for a full-time staff writer/reporter for our print and online products. This position involves coverage of all types of stories, including education, government, crime, courts, community events, general features, and more. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Photography skills are a big plus. Must be organized, responsible, deadline-oriented, and willing to learn. Prior newspaper writing or other journalism experience is strongly preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree in journalism or a related field is preferred but not required.
