Description:

Director of Content

Full-time  |  On-site, Las Vegas, NV  |  Reports to Founding Attorney  |  $130,000–$180,000 + benefits

The Opportunity

Naqvi Injury Law is the most recognized personal injury brand in Las Vegas — the #1 firm in unaided brand awareness, the exclusive law firm of the Las Vegas Raiders, and a partner of the Vegas Golden Knights. The firm has handled more than 17,000 cases and receives over a thousand referrals from other attorneys who trust it with their own clients.

We are building an embedded, in-house content studio, and we are hiring its leader first. The Director of Content will own the firm's story — finding it, shaping it, and producing it — and will build and lead a three-person team (Studio Operator and Editor/Colorist, both hired by you) supported by an external hero director and an established brand photographer for flagship work.

This is arguably the most interesting content job in Las Vegas: real courtroom stakes, professional sports partnerships, a founder who takes brand as seriously as any luxury house, and a locked design system to build within — not a blank page, and not a committee.

What You Will Own

Story-finding. This is the heart of the role. You will live inside the firm — depositions, verdict calls, intake, hallway moments — and run a disciplined daily story-capture practice. The stories are here; your job is to be present when they happen and to recognize them.

The content engine. Own the editorial calendar and publishing cadence across the firm's two channels (founder authority and firm credibility), organized in three content lanes: Proof (results and case stories), Voice (legal authority and commentary), and Human (the people and culture behind the firm).

The team. Hire, manage, and develop a Studio Operator (shooter, same-day turnaround) and a senior Editor/Colorist. Coordinate the external hero director on day-rate retainer and the firm's retained brand photographer for stills.

Brand guardianship. The firm operates under a documented visual language covering typography, palette, lens language, lighting, and music. You will enforce it, evolve it deliberately, and protect it from trend-chasing.

Compliance. All content must respect Nevada attorney advertising rules and client confidentiality. You will build review steps into the workflow so speed never compromises ethics.

Who You Are

7+ years in storytelling under deadline — local TV news, documentary production, or a high-performing in-house brand studio. You have found stories in ordinary days and shipped them fast.

A producer-shooter hybrid mind: you can direct a shoot, but more importantly you know what to shoot and why. Portfolio required; we will ask what you found, not just what you polished.

A builder. You have hired or led small creative teams, or you are clearly ready to. You want ownership of an engine, not a seat in one.

Taste and restraint. You understand that a luxury brand says no far more often than yes. Cinematic instincts over viral instincts.

Comfortable with a demanding founder-principal, weekly review cadence, and full accountability for output.

What Success Looks Like

Within 90 days: a functioning story-capture system, a reliable weekly publishing cadence across both channels, your first two hires in motion, and the founder's personal involvement in content reduced to a 30-minute weekly review. A detailed 90-day scorecard is provided at offer stage.

Why This Role, Why Now

Most legal content is forgettable because it is outsourced. This firm has concluded the opposite: the stories that matter can only be found by someone inside the building. You will inherit a locked brand system, professional sports partnerships, a real production budget, and direct access to the founder. What we need is the storyteller.

To apply, submit a portfolio of 3–5 pieces with one paragraph each on how you found the story to resumes@naqvilaw.com.
