About Lincoln Square Media
Lincoln Square is a creative, mission-driven media organization producing pro-democracy articles, columns, podcasts, short-form video series, and digital shows that reach millions across platforms. Our work combines compelling storytelling, smart editorial vision, and fast-paced production to inform, inspire, and engage audiences. We are a rapidly growing media organization dedicated to cutting through misinformation, holding power accountable, and empowering Americans with the facts needed to take civic action.
The Role
As Editorial Assistant, you will work directly with our Executive Editor to support the full range of Lincoln Square's editorial output — from daily news coverage and show write-ups to newsletters, writer development, and cross-team coordination. This is a writing and research role for someone with a strong political journalism background who is ready to step into meaningful editorial responsibility in an independent media environment.
You will be a key part of a lean, fast-moving team that produces content across Substack, YouTube, podcasts, and social media — with real opportunities to grow your role as the organization expands.
