Description:
Our feisty, first-rate weekly newspapers need a full-time reporter. Primary reporting duties will be for the News & Citizen and Stowe Reporter, which cover, respectively, Lamoille County and the town of Stowe, Vermont. This is a general reporting position, which requires a certain amount of agility to switch between reporting on a variety of local beats, such as municipal and school government; local politics; the arts; local business and the economy; cops and courts and high school sports — often in the same week. Enterprise reporting is prized. Photography and social media skills a plus.
