About Us

The Jewish Star is affiliated with Richner Communications, a 60-year-old family-run business that is one of New York State’s largest independently-owned local media companies (including the Pulitzer Prize-winning Riverdale Press, 30 Herald newspapers on Long Island, numerous digital products, events programming, and its own printing plant). Our successful alumni have enjoyed superstar media careers. You will not find a more professional growth opportunity in Jewish media in the New York area.
