Podcast producer/ Executive assistant 

Responsibilities

• Keeping a daily executive calendar and helping manage day-to-day newsroom operations. 
• Book high-profile guests with an eye on trending news topics for the John Solomon Reports podcast.
• Evaluate the newsworthiness of news pitches.
• Coordinate with podcast guests and other third-party stakeholders to promote our content to our audience, and potential audiences, over a wide variety of platforms, including X, Truth Social, Rumble, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Manage executive calendars and meeting requests.
• Possess the ability to be a jack of all trades to jump into frequent, fast-breaking assignments in a high-energy newsroom. 

Qualifications

·       3-5 years of professional production experience at a media organization, preferably in news and documentaries.

·       Must be available to work a variety of schedules, including weekends, to meet production and broadcast deadlines.

·       Excellent communication skills, online and in person.

·       Must have a relentless commitment to accuracy, precision, fairness, and balance.

·       The ability to find and book guests for Just the News podcast and television appearances

·       Have a good understanding of audience engagement for JTN content over multiple platforms.

This is a full-time role represented by Bentley Media Group, LLC, with a salary range to be determined depending on experience, and generous benefits. The office is located in Washington D.C. and applicants must be willing to work out of the office which is located at 1717 Pennsylvania Ave.
