Description:

The Tyler Prize for Environmental Achievement — often called the “Nobel Prize for the Environment” — is offering a limited number of Media Fellowships to support journalists covering the 2026 Tyler Prize events in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 

This is a unique opportunity to gain direct access to the world’s foremost environmental leaders, scientists, and policy-makers, and to report on groundbreaking work shaping the future of our planet. 

Two European Fellowships — up to USD $250 

One Global Fellowship — up to USD $750 

All Fellows will also receive: 

• Complimentary accommodation in Amsterdam for the duration of the Tyler Prize events 
• Full access to the State of the Environment Address, Tyler Prize Award Dinner & Reception, and all associated press opportunities 
• The chance to interview the 2026 Tyler Prize Laureate and other key environmental leaders

Open to professional journalists (print, broadcast, or digital) covering environment, science, or policy. Freelance welcome.
