The Hampshire Review, an award-winning weekly newspaper in West Virginia, is seeking a motivated and community-minded reporter to join our newsroom. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, with a keen interest in telling the stories that matter most to our readers.

We're looking for someone eager to cover a wide range of local news-from government and education to features and community events-while helping produce a high-quality print and digital publication each week.

Qualifications:

-Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

-Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments at once

-Experience in Adobe InDesign with page layout and design

-Willingness to relocate to the area and become an active member of the community
