We publish twice weekly in print and update our website throughout the week.
What you’ll do

Elevate reporting: Coach reporters, polish copy, sharpen headlines, and uphold standards for accuracy, fairness and clarity.
Own key moments: Lead in-depth packages on elections, town meeting season, schools, business and community issues.
Drive digital: Post to web, write alerts and collaborate on infographics, photo galleries and simple interactives.
Reporting: Jump on breaking news and produce weekly news/feature bylines.
What makes you a great fit
Strong news judgment and line-editing chops; comfort working fast without losing precision.
Organized, calm under deadline and curious about how local decisions affect people’s lives.
Editor-level experience in a newsroom. (Reporters ready to step up are also encouraged to apply.)
Familiarity with CMS workflows, WordPress, basic analytics and AP style.
