NEWS REPORTER
FOR AREA NEWSPAPER
The Daily Courier, an award-winning
newspaper in Rutherfordton, N.C.,
is seeking a talented, inquisitive and
detail-oriented staff writer.
Join a newsroom that celebrates
community journalism and writing stories
that matter to our readers.
• Journalism degree and or one to two years of
experience preferred but will consider someone
with related degree and experience.
• Knowledge of Associated Press style and the
ability to write news and feature stories are
essential to the position.
• Experience with photography a plus.
• The right candidate may have the ability to grow
with the company.
