Description:
The Salisbury Post is seeking a full-time reporter to join the newsroom of one of North Carolina’s best community papers.
Salisbury is in the heart of Rowan County, a growing community located on the I-85 corridor conveniently located between Charlotte and Winston Salem. The Salisbury Post is published five days a week — three print editions and two e-editions.
This reporter will cover multiple beats in Rowan County, but will be expected to be able to pivot and cover general and breaking news when necessary.

The Salisbury Post is part of a small regional group that includes the Davie County Enterprise-Record and the Clemmons Courier. The Post is an affiliate of Carpenter Media Group, a family-operated company that’s management have built careers in journalism.
