The Omaha World-Herald seeks an experienced Photographer/Videographer with a portfolio of work and a passion for telling stories through visual journalism.

The ideal candidate is creative, accurate and reliable. The ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and effectively communicate with the photo staff and other news staff are musts.

Our photographers cover a range of daily assignments, long-term projects, features, as well as college, high school and professional sports.

The successful candidate will have daily photojournalism experience producing still photographs and video for a news organization. They will have the ability to report and write accurate captions and contribute to the written report as necessary.

An FAA Part 107 drone certification is a plus.

A full set of Canon equipment will be provided, along with access to pool lenses, and a laptop with software including PhotoMechanic and Adobe Creative Suite.
