Diverse: Issues In Higher Education, a national publication covering diversity, equity and inclusion issues at colleges across the nation, is seeking staff writers to join our team. Please follow the instructions within this job posting to apply. Our staff writers are expected to have the skills and flexibility necessary to report across all of our platforms, which include Diverse Daily, our flagship newsletter, and Diverse’s print magazine, which is published bi-weekly.
Though prior higher education reporting experience is a plus, it is not required to thrive in this position. Availability to work nights and weekends occasionally is a must as our staff writers are expected to report on news that breaks outside of traditional working hours.
