Copy Editor

Description:

Dallas Observer seeks an experienced part-time copy editor to handle its daily digital news and culture coverage. The ideal candidate will have superior language and technical skills and the ability to maintain high standards and meet deadlines. A copy-editing test will be part of the office interview process. This position requires 20 hours per week (4 hours, Monday through Friday) at $25 per hour. Applicants MUST already reside in the Dallas metro area, have a flexible schedule and be willing to commute when necessary.
