We’re seeking a freelance biotechnology beat reporter beginning in January 2022 to produce original reporting and thoughtful analysis of biotech policy and business issues for our client’s daily newsletter (50K subscribers globally) and growing news website.
Get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing source for biotech news, read by decisionmakers in Washington DC, Brussels, Geneva, and U.S. biotech industry hubs.
While we welcome smart reporters of all backgrounds to apply, our ideal journalist has some experience covering biotech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, agriculture, energy, and/or Capitol Hill.
Prior experience as a beat/wire reporter or writing for a daily newsletter is a plus.
Location: While writer will generally work remotely, availability in Washington, D.C. is preferred and in-person meetings in D.C. will be required when it's safe.
