Innovation Leader is media and events company that serves an audience of innovation, R&D and strategy executives at large companies. Our members get access to a wealth of content, research, and interactive forums, including print publications, webcasts, conference calls, and regional events.
Innovation Leader’s Editorial Assistant will be involved in a wide array of tasks, which may include interviewing and writing, copy editing, email newsletter creation, design, multimedia, and data visualization (based on the individual’s particular skill set). The key focus of this role will be assisting with content creation, distribution, and audience growth — both online and in print. You’ll be an essential contributor inside a 21st century media organization founded by a team of journalists and media entrepreneurs.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in media, preferably a print or online B2B publisher — as well as an interest in the world of business. We are open to hearing from recent graduates who have some relevant internship experience or writing samples. Candidates should be happy being a “utility player,” working on a variety of tasks to improve the quality and quantity of the content we produce. Some familiarity with Adobe tools, HubSpot, and content management systems is desirable.
This is a full-time job with a team largely based in Boston, MA, but can be done remotely. Starting salary is $48,500.
