The Food Dive Associate Editor will regularly report and write stories analyzing the trends impacting the industry, including the adoption of more sustainable packaging and practices, the growth of cannabis in food and beverages, and the flavor and tech innovations disrupting the space.  

You will cultivate a beat, learn about the food and beverage industry, manage the social media strategy, assist in planning and executing big projects, travel to industry events, interview newsmakers, develop relationships with key industry sources and experts, chase down important stories, and collaborate with your team. You’ll get a chance to write in-depth features as well as quick-turn stories on breaking news. 

The position reports to the managing editor.
