The Paris News, a 4,500-circulation three day a week newspaper in Northeast Texas, is seeking a savvy assistant managing editor to join the newsroom to help us tell the stories of the people of the Red River Valley.

Our candidate will be an enterprising journalist with knowledge of AP Style who is committed to producing and editing well-told stories from straightforward local government reports to enterprise, feature, investigative and special projects. The right person for this position also will help oversee our social media accounts and website. Page design is a necessary skill for this position, so a knowledge of InDesign is a must.
