U.S. News & World Report is a digital first media company dedicated to helping consumers and business professionals make important decisions. We publish independent reporting, rankings, data journalism and advice that has earned the trust of our readers and users for more than 85 years.

As a trusted authority providing empowerment and guidance that improves the quality of life for consumers and communities, U.S. News ultimately leads to better life decisions.

Your role in helping us shape the future:

U.S. News empowers everyone to thrive. In this position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your strengths and skills as a Financial Advisors Editor for our business-to-business-focused Advisors section, who also supports the creation of some consumer-focused Advisors content.

This position is on the Money/Investing team and will leverage your expertise in wealth/portfolio management, investable assets and topics of interest in the financial advisory space. Your solid editing and writing skills plus great attention to detail will help guide the advisory and portfolio management/wealth management content. In this role, you will work with producers, editors, writers, bloggers, freelancers and product team members.

You will be an essential part of the team in shaping the visibility and content for the Advisors section, juggling the editing and production of business-to-business practice management content on advisory trends along with SEO-rich enterprise content. You’ll help create meaningful research/guides/insights for financial advisors, generate stories, write occasionally, assist with the Advisor Weekly newsletter and coordinate content for special events (e.g. conference coverage, webinars, etc.).
