You must have a demonstrated ability to understand and critically analyze medical research studies, and to be able to convey that information clearly and concisely to our layperson readership. Though our content needs are subject to change, the staff writer will be expected to pen six feature-length (1,000-plus words) stories per month plus updating existing stories as new research breaks, one to two engagement pieces per week, and any other writing needs that arise.
