Description:

The Sinclair Digital is looking for an experienced and dedicated Incident Manager to join our 24/7 technical support team. The technical support team acts as the central point of escalation for high severity outages and provides timely updates to leadership and customers, perform hierarchical escalations, and partner with service owners on post-mortem analysis. The Incident Manager will be responsible for coordinating timely restoration of business-critical services and drive defect elimination across our product suite. The ideal candidate will have strong written skills, verbal communication skills, the ability to interact with individuals of all levels of the organization, a broad working knowledge of IT infrastructure, and the ability to manage competing priorities while operating under pressure.
