Production Manager for a fun e-commerce startup
BestReviews.com is the ultimate product recommendation service for the modern shopping experience. We eliminate the need for consumers to spend hours determining the best product for their needs. We work closely with our parent company, Tribune Publishing, while operating as a small team in startup environment. The Web Production Manager is a key liaison between core efforts and syndicated partnerships.
The Web Production Manager serves as a lead Content Team member who is focused on ensuring our content is top-notch is terms of both aesthetics and editorial standards. Key projects include organizing publishing schedules, meeting monthly publishing goals, and recommending technical product enhancements. The Web Production Manager manages a small team of remote web producers. Some supervisory work of content interns and regularly assisting the editorial and photo team is required as well.
This is a full-time position in our downtown San Francisco office, reporting to our Editorial Director and working closely with our Editorial Manager to meet content production goals.
