KUNP-TV / KATU-TV is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager who has strong written and oral communication abilities and excellent time management skills. This person will be responsible for administering sales initiatives, managing account data, ad traffic support, and assisting in the overall sales process. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multi-tasker with a passion for assisting others in the work group and contributing to the team’s success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Order entry and maintenance of advertising schedules
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations, database management, and sales report maintenance
  • Work efficiently with a team of Marketing Consultants, Sales Support and Sales Managers
  • Assist with support on local and national business
  • Various administrative duties and contract management
  • Support local content development and KUNP News team as needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Skilled with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word duties, and Outlook
  • Be able to utilize Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Sales, Matrix, Oracle SharePoint and multi-line phone system
  • Great attention to detail is essential
  • Strong analytical ability and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines, while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple and often competing demands
  • Experience performing duties with limited direction and oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of personnel styles, including clients and co-workers
