Compulse Integrated Marketing, the creative agency arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group, is looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator to work directly with our account management team. This position will provide daily support to the team and serve as a liaison to our production groups – facilitating internal and external communications, working closely with our production staff and the account management team to promote excellent service and product delivery to our clients. This position will report to the Digital Client Services Sales Manager.

Account Team Support Job Duties:

  • Schedule client campaigns in our internal production system as necessary
  • Generate client campaign reports as needed
  • Assist in gathering information and planning for monthly client business reviews
  • Investigate campaign questions/concerns with the Compulse production teams and provide updates to the Account Management team
  • Must be able to organize and schedule calls, and client communication

Project Coordination Duties:

  • Organize and manage client web projects from beginning to end among an assigned group of production team members
  • Manage the production, scheduling and deployment of email marketing campaigns
  • Use multiple internet and software platforms to perform duties, and therefore must be technically savvy
  • Must be able to understand digital reporting and analytic metrics
  • Attend and participate in weekly production staff meetings
  • Must be willing and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs as instructed by management


  • Minimum 2-years-experience with digital technologies, including social media, online advertising, digital marketing, web, email marketing
  • Familiarity with digital agency services including, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, web design
  • Requires a highly professional communication skillset, including excellent grammar, copywriting, spelling accuracy, and excellent phone & conversation skills
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
  • Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, and be proficient in finding solutions and diffusing angry or upset customers
  • Must have strong listening skills, and be empathetic and able to effectively relate to clients
  • Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office products
