The Los Angeles Times is seeking video editors to join our expanding team.

Our video editors collaborate closely with videographers, photographers, writers and producers to create short- and long-form content for the digital and broadcast platforms of the Los Angeles Times.

The successful candidates possess advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere, with a sophisticated ability to balance and grade video along with mix and level sound in Premiere. We are looking for highly organized editors who are collaborative by nature, communicate effectively and can meet deadlines. Motion graphics skills are a plus.

Applicants should have at least six years of full-time video-editing experience in a fast-paced professional environment.

These positions are classified as a Video Journalist II and are included in the Los Angeles Times Guild.
