FitSmallBusiness.com is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our business development team! This person will be responsible for optimizing content within our finance, accounting, and real estate investing section so we can improve conversion rates for our partners.

We deliver well-researched, authoritative articles so these owners can make informed decisions to grow businesses that fuel the economy. Our founders have built successful businesses before, and FSB is profitable with no outside funding. Part of the team of 100+ people is in our NYC headquarters, near Grand Central. Others are distributed across the U.S., Canada, and the Philippines.

The Position:

We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to create and enhance copy for our partners to see what facilitates the best outcome.

This person will be responsible for the finance section of our site. The finance section incorporates content on small business finance, accounting, real estate investing and insurance.

We have various types of partners within these sub-categories and we need someone to craft and enhance call to actions to optimize click through rate and conversions for our partners.  

As part of this role, you will also be responsible for tracking results in order to gain statistically significant insights that we can implement across all content.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with Fit Small Business content, and our partners products and services.
  • Create copy to motivate conversion — make the benefits of financial products simple, clear, and relevant to the reader.
  • Project Management - Plan and coordinate new product roll-outs across Fit Small Business content.
  • Analyze Results - Work with our data team to create reports that determine whether our copy was a success.

Qualifications for success:

  • In-depth understanding of financial terms
  • Strong data and analytics skills
  • Works well with a team
  • Flexible, able to grow and change
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and reports (college or internship experience ok)
