Description:

The Salt Lake Tribune, winner of a 2017 Pulitzer Prize, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated journalist to report on state government.

This beat mixes daily demands — such as breaking news — with enterprise and investigative work. The employee will be a member of a two-person team covering Utah's Legislature, governor and attorney general, as well as campaigns and major public policy debates. This reporter must be a strong storyteller, adept at public records requests and knowledgeable about the way governments work.

We want a reporter who's experienced, flexible and collaborative.
