Description:
The Berkshire Eagle, the locally owned and operated local newsroom in western Massachusetts, is looking to hire a news page designer/paginator with the design and copy editing skills that make us shine in print and with the chops that make our legacy products shake hands with our digital ones.
Our design team brings passion and flair to the work, as well as a sharp eye for Associated Press style. Our design hub creates pages for news, sports and arts sections for four newspapers: The Berkshire Eagle, Bennington Banner, Brattleboro Reformer and Manchester Journal.
Time and again, these papers have been recognized for their merit in overall presentation, writing, photography, community service and for distinction in journalism.
In a cover letter, tell us why you are the talent The Berkshire Eagle must hire. Show off your talents by sharing your page design portfolio. We look forward to hearing from you.
We offer a competitive compensation package for the most qualified candidate including health, dental, vision, and life insurances and a 401K.
To apply, email Executive Editor Kevin Moran, kmoran@berkshireeagle.com.
