Description: The Rivertowns Enterprise, a weekly newspaper in Westchester County, NY, is looking for a full-time general assignment reporter to join its award-winning editorial staff. The reporter will be responsible for writing about two of the communities in the paper’s coverage area. The Enterprise is a 38-year-old publication that serves four suburban villages along the Hudson River and earns awards annually from the New York Press Association. The job requires a hard-working individual with an interest in news, a flair for features, and the ability the handle multiple stories about a range of subjects, such as education, government, public safety, the arts, and business. Salary $30,000. Car and flexible hours required. Benefits include health insurance and a 401K plan. Residents of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut preferred.
