This is an important role that will help improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the company while providing key insights. The position ensures the highest level of integrity for the group's financial forecasting and strategic planning success.

Key responsibilities/accountabilities * Budgeting, forecasting and reporting across all of CQRC * Understanding the business and developing/maintaining relevant performance metrics, schedules and reports/analysis. * Support the business by ensuring that the management team has all the financial information and analysis they need to grow the business. * Develop, present and manage the annual budgets and monthly forecasts * Develop and generate regular and ad hoc reports based on financial and operation data * Review and analyse monthly financial and operational achievements against business and program objectives * Prepare accurate monthly forecasts for sales, revenue, volumes, costs and ultimately contribution. * Report on cash flow and operational and financial trends. * Assist in the analysis of financial data; interpret data for the purpose of determine past financial performance and/or project a financial probability. * Perform statistical, cost and financial analysis of data reported on various financial systems * Manage and coordinate incentive plans, commissions, payments and related reconciliations * Act as the liaison with other departments to represent the finance department and certify finance objectives are maintained * Undertaking ad hoc projects

Skills and capabilities

Education and Training * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or Business Administration, MBA preferred * 8+ years of experiences in accounting/finance Knowledge * Solid financial analysis knowledge, including forecasting Key skills * Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high standards of excellence and attention to detail * Good problem solving, critical thinking and process improvement skills * Strong written and oral communication skills * Possess initiative and independent judgment Personal Attributes * Attention to detail * Numerate * Articulate * Motivated and enthusiastic with a commitment to succeed Interpersonal skills * Creative thinker, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines * Ability to influence and communicate with colleagues * Ability to interact with various levels of management within and outside the business in a professional manner
