InsiderScore is a rapidly growing data and analytics provider seeking to hire a personable, professional, detail-orientated, analytical and self-driven Research Analyst to join our research department. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for the equity markets and is eager to participate in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, finance-related, Internet-based business. There will be opportunity to grow and gain valuable experience in the company. The candidate should also enjoy working on a team, but be able to manage themselves efficiently when working alone.

The candidate will work closely with the Director of Research, our Senior Research Analysts and other Research Analysts to help generate daily research for distribution to our institutional investor clients, as well as special reports.

This is a full-time salaried position with health benefits. The position would be on-site in Princeton, NJ.

Initial Responsibilities Include:

  • Contributing to our research output through writing and analysis
  • Copy editing daily research as well as special reports
  • Reviewing, analyzing and summarizing academic and other research
  • Contributing to special research reports
  • Assisting the Director of Research and Research Analysts on various projects


Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of and passion for EQUITY/FINANCIAL MARKETS
  • Very strong writing and basic math skills
  • Understanding of the SEC filings set
  • Superior listening skills, detail oriented, QUICK LEARNER
  • Must be a team player and work well in a small group/entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Appropriate background in typical business software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint skills a bonus)


Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Benefits + 401k
