Here's your opportunity to cover the most important issues in the Pacific Northwest - food production/agriculture, Pacific Rim trade, water, environmental regulation and immigration. A minimum of two years daily newspaper reporting experience required. Position is based in Salem, Oregon, but your beat will take you everywhere from Oregon's  top research institutions to the open range.
