Description:

Interested in starting with a blank slate, a place where creativity is welcome and you have the license to largely recreate a newspaper in your own vision? Interested in being part of a newsroom that’s rethinking what newspapers could be? Interested in earning a very competitive salary while doing all that? If so, we want to hear from you. The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead seeks an energetic and creative page designer to help us reshape and redefine our award-winning 50,000 daily-circulation newspaper that’s the heart of eastern North Dakota and western Minnesota. The Forum is based in Fargo, a vibrant and growing metropolitan area home to three universities, two major hospitals and a large division of Microsoft. The Forum is located downtown, which has been recognized by dozens of major publications – including the New York Times, Newsweek and Men’s Health – as among the most lively and interesting scenes in America. If you’re interested in pursuing the opening, which allows for upward advancement and future management possibilities, please reply by May 7 with a cover letter and samples of your work to Deputy Editor Kirsten Stromsodt at kstromsodt@forumcomm.com or 101 5th St. N., Fargo, ND 58107.
