Description:

The Shelby Daily Globe newspaper in Shelby, Ohio seeks a full-time and a part-time general assignmnet reporter who also have experience in photography and pagination (Quark preferred). We are a 4,000 circulation paper publishing Monday through Saturday.

The successful candidates must be ready to hit the ground running - writing stories, taking photos and when needed, paginating a page or two. Be prepared to cover a city council meeting one day and write a story about a local volunteer or community event the next day. Would prefer candidates with a journalism or similar degree and/or candidates with newsroom experience. Should be familiar with AP writing style.
