Lehigh Valley Media Group, publisher of The Express-Times and lehighvalleylive.com, has an immediate opening for a police reporter to cover cops and courts in northwestern New Jersey. We are 40,000-daily, 50,000-Sunday circulation newspaper serving eastern Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and northwest New Jersey. We're about 60 miles from New York City and Philadelphia. Our police reporters are required to maintain a network of sources and post breaking/spot news and photos in real time. We want it all -- logs, engaging daily stories and weekenders that look beyond the surface. This job requires a people person who’s versatile, enterprising and tuned to social mediaBadge-sniffers need not apply.
