Description:

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is seeking a talented, energetic editor for this position, designed to make sure we are maximizing our advantage as Wisconsin’s leading breaking news source. This editor will work to help develop efficient work flows built around publishing edited content as soon as it is ready for mobile, online and tablet formats.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the latest analytics and SEO tactics. He or she will be a catalyst in responding to what our audience wants, and will work to ensure we are using social networking to broaden our reach. This editor also will be responsible for developing strategies to keep our site fresh at all times.

This editor will work to boost the digital knowledge and skill sets of our staff; and will schedule, assign and coach all Breaking NewsHub staff.
