33 Universal creates content for diverse audiences on web sites, mobile sites, mobile apps and online video. We focus on content that is in demand by audiences at large across more than 20 websites and categories.

We are seeking a full-time online ad sales manager. 

The position requires someone who has a passion for sales and has the ability to achieve aggressive goals in a fast paced environment.

Candidates should be eager to take on the challenges that come with spearheading new business initiatives. A generous, uncapped commission package plus salary is offered. We focus on the success of our employees.

Successful candidates must be bright with a verifiable track record in growing advertising sales from the very beginning. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for building new client relationships, primary to major Media Agencies, while managing and expanding existing major relationships, primary to Ad networks. 

The candidate must recruit, build, manage and motivate a sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

• Minimum 6 years of working experience.

• Minimum 4 years of working experience with major media agencies, outstanding sales skills, and focused, hands-on, 24/7 work ethic. 

• Experience with Trading Desk deals is a plus.

• Superior sales management skills.

• Effective financial, analytical, communication and team-building capabilities.

• Ability to represent the company within the industry and to build and nurture relationships with clients.
