The successful candidate must be an effective leader with excellent hands-on management skills who effectively connects with our newsroom staff, our readers and the community. The position requires a degree in journalism, experience in newsroom management, exceptional verbal, written and design skills, budget knowledge and, of course, passion for our profession.
