Description: Job description: The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is seeking a data visualization specialist who will work in our graphics department. We seek someone who can apply storytelling, graphic design, and data analysis to present information in a compelling and dramatic way. You'll be gathering information, developing concepts and designing presentations for digital and print products. You'll also have a hand in incorporating new technology across emerging platforms. We seek someone with a degree (BA, BFA) in data design, or an equal combination of training and work experience. If you're comfortable with manipulating data and information, have experience in XML and HTML5 and the Adobe suite … and if you're pumped about data and mapping … you could be the person we're seeking!
