The Daily Globe in Ironwood, MI, is seeking a full-time general assignment reporter to cover local news and write features. Qualifications include: effective verbal, written and computer skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; and availability for rotating shifts: days, nights, weekends. A bachelor's degree in journalism or communications, and knowledge of pagination and photography are preferred. The Daily Globe is located in the western end of Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula and has a daily circulation of 5,400.
