Come work for the best Boomer and Senior publication in the northwest. Northwest Boomer and Senior News has a rare opening for a managing editor. Our current editor is retiring after 20 years of building up this top quality monthly publication.

We need an energetic and inspired motivator to oversee our dozen-plus freelance writers and photographer who produce stories and photographs for our four monthly editions; distributed from Vancouver (WA) to Eugene/Springfield (OR) and along the Oregon coast. All four editions are produced in a two and one-half week period every month.

The right candidate will have experience in either newspaper and/or magazine editing. We look for that experience to only enhance our already solid, integrity-filled publication that our readers have grown to love and appreciate over the years.

Our editor will work out of our Keizer office.  This is a full-time position with a generous benefit package that includes health care, vacation, life insurance, 401(k) and a productive work environment.  EOE. Pre-employment drug screening required.
