Monthly metals industry publication seeks reporter to cover U.S. aluminum, copper, and stainless, from primary metals to mill products. Candidate should have experience covering industrial metals markets. A background in mill or service center sales in these products will also be considered if you have interest and ability in writing and reporting. We are a specialized firm that provides market information for the nation’s leading banks and metals producers and distributors. The reporter will keep abreast of the markets using sources and guidance from in-house experts. Duties include a monthly report on the copper, aluminum and stainless steel markets, to include a description of trends and fundamentals, changes in price and market drivers. This is a regular freelance role that pays well and has potential to develop into more paid assignments.
