Research Team Leader
Media Matters seeks an experienced researcher to expand the profile, influence, and reach of our research and messaging.
Media Matters for America is a progressive research and communications center dedicated to exposing and correcting conservative misinformation in the media.
The person in this position will be responsible for designing, producing, and managing research and messaging of Media Matters. Working with the rest of the Media Matters research operation and overseeing a team of researchers, this staff member will coordinate clips, research, and blog posts published to the website.
- Proven writing, researching, and editing skills;
- Research experience, at least two years;
- Critical thinking skills and strategic instincts;
- Knowledge of the media landscape and its effect upon policy.
