The Hermiston Herald  is seeking a general assignment reporter for our twice-weekly newspaper.  The Herald is part of the EO Media Group, an award-winning, family-owned company for more than 100 years. Demonstrated writing and reporting skills are important. We seek someone who embraces multi-media and can file breaking news to our website.  Must be able to develop story ideas, take photographs, develop sources and work in a cooperative team environment.  Journalism or related writing degree and/or newspaper experience is required.
