Reporter/Sunday Editor
South-central Idaho’s largest news provider is looking for a reporter eager to broaden their skills and drive coverage of business and food topics.  This position is the perfect next step for writers looking for more management experience. It includes leadership of two weekly sections with the guidance of the managing editor. The reporter will track local business trends and developments for our Business section. Business news about new restaurants and products will then mix with features on home cooking and locavores for our Food section.


The reporter will work Sunday through Thursday and also serve as the newsroom's Sunday editor; some editing experience is helpful but training will also be provided.

Competitive candidates should have at least two years experience at a daily newspaper and a bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field.
