Description:
The Kitsap Sun in Bremerton, Wash., is accepting resumes for a summer newsroom internship. The candidate should be a junior or senior in college, with other internship experience or a writing/editing position on a school newspaper or website. Duties of the internship may include reporting and writing, photography, videography and editing, and using social media, as part of a newsroom staff of 20 which values flexibility, creativity, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. The dates of the internship are approximately June through August, with flexibility to accommodate class schedules.
